Sharing and Notifications

Image and Video Sharing: We designed the shared images and videos with time and place context and labels, so viewers unfamiliar with BloomSky can understand what they are looking at. Below the video is BloomSky recorded weather information that will change according to the video's time of day (see screen 1).

Notifications: We aimed to make notifications useful for out-of-app situations. We drafted the copy for BloomSky's potential notifications including rain, pollen, and extreme weather warnings, the next-day forecast, timelapse-ready alert, purchased weather station battery low alert, purchased weather station offline alert, and first-time photo & timelapse notifications (see 2).
